Manifest Form definition

Manifest Form means the Comprehensive Trip Log (CalRecycle 203, 7/10) or EDT Form. Except as otherwise provided by this Article, the Manifest form shall be completed by the waste tire hauler, which shall accompany each transported shipment of waste or used tires.
Manifest Form means a record, either paper or electronic, required by the Department for a registered caregiver, dispensary, or licensed facility to document the possession and transfer of the marijuana or marijuana product on the premises, tracking all inventory, acquisition, sales and waste disposal.
Manifest Form means the form developed by the Board that shall be completed and shall accompany each shipment of waste tires from the point of origin to the processing, collection, storage, or disposal facility.
