Mandatory Redemption Date definition

Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.
Mandatory Redemption Date means the first Payment Date occurring on or after the last day of the Funding Period.
Mandatory Redemption Date means the earlier of (i) the Distribution Date in February, 1998 and (ii) if the last day of the Funding Period occurs on or prior to the Calculation Date occuring in December 1997 or January 1998, then the Distribution Date relating to such Calculation Date

  • The notice for any such mandatory redemption may be conditional, to the effect that if the Purchase Date occurs not later than the close of business on the second Business Day preceding such Initial Mandatory Redemption Date (as such date may be extended hereunder), the noticed mandatory redemption shall be canceled.

Mandatory Redemption Date means the date on which a Mandatory Redemption is to occur.
