Examples of Mandatory Development Obligations in a sentence

  • The Mandatory Development Obligations shall enter into commercial service on Project COD whereupon the Concessionaire shall be entitled to provide Hospitality Services and charge Revenue from the Users, subject to compliance with Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, Good Industry Practice and provisions of this Agreement.

  • The Concessionaire shall undertake the Mandatory Development Obligations, where the Development Works shall commence from the Appointed Date and shall be completed in accordance with the Project Completion Schedule as set forth in Schedule G.
