Mandate Letter Indemnity definition

Mandate Letter Indemnity means the indemnity given by Alcan to the Tender Offer Guarantors under the Mandate Letter pursuant to which Alcan agrees to indemnify the Tender Offer Guarantors for all losses, costs, expenses and liabilities relating to the Tender Offer, including without limitation any payments made by any of them pursuant to the Tender Offer Guarantee and any other liabilities relating thereto, as such indemnity agreement may be amended from time to time.
