Mandate Change definition
Mandate Change means any addition, removal, deletion or substitution of any person as a Company Signatory or any amendment, variation or revision of the scope, extent or limit of the authority conferred on any Company Signatory by the Customer.
Examples of Mandate Change in a sentence
No voting rights with respect to any of the Contemplated Transactions (except for the VCIF Investment Mandate Change) have been granted pursuant to any registration statement filed by VCIF with the SEC, as contemplated pursuant to Article V, Section 1 of the VCIF Agreement and Declaration of Trust.
