Managing Contractor(s) definition

Managing Contractor(s) means the contractor(s) retained by Settling Defendant to assist it in managing the implementation of the Work under this Consent Decree.

Examples of Managing Contractor(s) in a sentence

  • DFAT staff (and Managing Contractors engaging Advisers on DFAT’s behalf) must work within the Framework, as amended from time to time.

  • Such information may include, but need not be limited to, any information provided by the Managing Contractor to the Principal or the Principal's Representative and any information relating to the Managing Contractor's performance under this Contract.

  • The Principal's Representative will consider the recommended tenderer and approve or disapprove the Managing Contractor's recommendation without any obligation to give reasons for the approval or disapproval.

  • The Managing Contractor's liability under subclause 23.8 or subclause 23.9 and clause 3 of the deed poll in Annexure Part G required by subclause 2.8 is limited to 10% of the Target Budget in aggregate.

  • If the Managing Contractor wishes to claim an extension of time in respect of the Principal’s Representative's disapproval of the Managing Contractor's recommended tenderer, the Managing Contractor must, within 3 Business Days after the Principal’s Representative has disapproved the Managing Contractor’s recommendation, provide to the Principal’s Representative a written response providing details of how the Principal’s Representative disapproval has delayed the Managing Contractor in achieving completion.
