Any and all actions that are to be taken by the Issuer will be taken by either the Managing Beneficiary or the Issuer Trustee on behalf of the Issuer.
The signature of any officer of the Managing Beneficiary or the Issuer Trustee on the Notes may be manual or facsimile.
