This Agreement shall continue in effect from year to year provided that the continuance is specifically approved at least annually either by the Board of Directors of the Fund or by a vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Fund and in either event by vote of a majority of the directors of the Fund who are not interested persons of the Manager, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, or the Fund cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval.

The employee must furnish this statement upon return to work and is not able to return to work until such statement is provided to Human Resources and/or the Supervisor, Manager, Principal and/or Administrator.

Exceptions must have the approval of the Supervisor, Manager, Principal and/or Administrator and notice provided to Human Resources.
Vacations of five (5) consecutive days or less may be arranged by mutual consent of the employee and the Supervisor, Manager, Principal and/or Administrator.
To utilize another type of leave, paid or unpaid, the employee must request the type of leave from their Supervisor, Manager, Principal and/or Administrator and provide any required documentation for that commensurate leave.
Exceptions must have the approval of the Supervisor, Manager, Principal and/or Administrator.
