Management Warrants definition

Management Warrants means the warrants to purchase 2,103,485 shares of the Issuer’s common stock (subject to adjustment pursuant to the applicable warrant agreement) pursuant to the warrant agreements entered into by the Issuer with Dxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Dxxxx X’Xxxxxx and Gxxxx Xxxxxxx.
Management Warrants means the warrants to purchase 2,862,687 shares of the Issuer’s common stock (subject to adjustment pursuant to the applicable warrant agreement) pursuant to the warrant agreements entered into by the Issuer with David R. Weinreb, Grant Herlitz and Andrew C.
Management Warrants means the Warrants to be granted to each member of the Current Management Group on the Effective Date pursuant to the terms of the Warrant Agreement.

Management Warrants means the warrants to purchase Common Shares issued to Officers from time to time.

  • Parent Warrants shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.7(c) hereof.

  • SPAC Warrants means the SPAC Public Warrants and the SPAC Private Placement Warrants.
