Management Subscription Agreement definition

Management Subscription Agreement means the Management Subscription --------------------------------- Agreement, dated as of August 16, 1995, by and among the Company and the other parties listed on the signature pages thereto, including all exhibits and schedules thereto, each as amended, supplemented or revised from time to time.
