Management Committee Member definition

Management Committee Member means a person responsible for the management and administration of an unincorporated Club;

Management Committee Member means any Series A Management Committee Member or any Additional Series Management Committee Member, as the context requires.

Management Committee Member has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01.
