Managed Server definition

Managed Server means a hardware device that is hosted in a data centre by Us and provided to the Client for their use. We provide hardware support, rack space, power and network connectivity for such servers either directly or via an external hardware support provider which may be the vendor or an accredited third party.
Managed Server means a Server that is managed, monitored and/or protected by the Licensed Software but that may not actually be running the Licensed Software itself.
Managed Server and “server” shall mean the machine(s) listed in Section C and further specified in the Order Forms attached to this Agreement.

Examples of Managed Server in a sentence

  • This will not affect the contract duration of this Managed Server Agreement.

  • This is limited to the operating system and other applications as agreed in the schedule of services set out in the Managed Server Agreement.

  • The terms of the Managed Server Agreement will apply in addition to the terms of this Contract.

  • The Company shall have no obligation to provide any Goods in relation to managed servers until a Managed Server Agreement is agreed and signed by the two parties.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, Concentric will provide to Customer the goods and services (collectively, the "Services") as described and selected in the applicable Co-location Order Form(s), and/or the Managed Server Order Form(s) (each an "Order Form") attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Your use of the Software is limited to the number of single or multiple CPU systems ("Managed Server Boxes") and number of users that are specified on your invoice.

  • For example, if the Licensed Software is monitoring a Managed Server that has four physical partitions, Your license must include four Managed Server licenses.
