Managed Environment definition

Managed Environment means either (i) the combination of hardware and software components owned, licensed or managed by Customer and necessary to receive access to the Subscription Services (“Customer Managed Environment”), or (ii) Axway remote hosted services and/or cloud-based software as service to which Axway grants Customer and its Users access as part of the Subscription Services (“Axway Managed Environment”). Subject to the terms of the applicable Order Form, Customer Content may be hosted in the Axway Managed Environment.
Managed Environment means an environment in which an operator of a retransmission service provides a secure retransmission to authorised users;
Managed Environment means the computer interface by which the Exchange accesses Data.
