Managed Application definition

Managed Application means a CGI Advantage® ERP components selected by the Participating Municipality in the Participation Agreement and any “Adaptors” (as defined in the Participation Agreement) selected by the Participating Municipality that will be provided as a part of the SaaS Subscription Services for the Participating Municipality under the Participation Agreement.
