Mammoth Project definition

Mammoth Project means the 40 MW geothermal electric power project (comprised of three geothermal plants) located near Mammoth Lakes, California and owned by Mammoth Lakes.
Mammoth Project means the approximately 26.3 MW geothermal power project owned by Mammoth Pacific as described on Schedule 1.B.

Examples of Mammoth Project in a sentence

  • There shall be one Operating Budget for the Mammoth Project and, at the election of Borrower, there shall be one or more Operating Budgets for the SIGC Project, the HGC Project and the HFC Project.

  • There shall be one Capital Expenditures Budget for the Mammoth Project and, at the election of Borrower, there shall be one or more Capital Expenditures Budgets for the SIGC Project, the HGC Project and the HFC Project.

  • For purposes of this Section 3.16, “Project Company” shall include ORNI 10 with respect to its real property interests in the Mammoth Project.

  • If at any time, the Issuer or any Guarantor acquires that portion of the Capital Stock of Mammoth-Pacific, L.P. that it does not own as of the Closing Date or the Issuer or any Guarantor otherwise controls 100% of the Mammoth Project, the Issuer shall cause the relevant Subsidiary to become a party to this Depositary Agreement and shall cause such Guarantor to deposit all revenues received with respect to such Project, with the Depositary in accordance with the terms of the Indenture.
