Majority Investor definition

Majority Investor means an Investor that, together with any Affiliates of such Investor, Beneficially Owns shares of the Tracking Stock representing an Economic Interest Percentage that is at least a majority of the Economic Interest Percentage represented by all of the shares of the Tracking Stock then outstanding.
Majority Investor means (i) Majority Investor (as defined in the Initial Cooperation Settlement Term Sheet) or (ii) such other phrase or concept as may replace, replicate or implement such defined term in the Cooperation Settlement Documents.
Majority Investor has the meaning set forth above under the defined term “Affiliate.”

Majority Investor means whichever of NMP or DB is the holder, at any time, of a larger Company Investment than the other.
