Major Structural Damage definition
Major Structural Damage means actual damage to the load-bearing portion of the building which affects its load bearing function and which vitally affects or is imminently likely to vitally affect the use of the building for dwelling purposes. For the purpose of clarifying the definition of Major Structural Damage, the following phrases shall have the following meanings:
