Major metropolitan area definition
Major metropolitan area means any “metropolitan statistical area” as designated by the U. S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of the Census.
Major metropolitan area means a greater metropolitan area in the list set forth in Exhibit A hereto. The parties agree that [*] Major Metropolitan Areas to be implemented are those listed in Exhibit E to this Agreement. The parties agree to work together in good faith to develop a plan under which Jutvision will provide the Production Services in rural markets not included in Exhibit A.
