Major Division definition

Major Division means an organizational group within the agency that focuses on meeting one (1) or more of the agency's primary statutory responsibilities.
Major Division means a division or business carried on as at the Termination Date by the Company or any Group Company which accounts for at least 20% of the Group’s revenues or 20% of the Group’s profits and with which the Executive was actively involved during the six month period to the Termination Date. Major Division shall be determined by the Department Head. As used in this section, the phrase "regular and frequent" means at least several times in each working day.
