Maintenance Visit definition

Maintenance Visit means the attendance of Arjo’s representatives at the location of the Equipment to perform the Services during Normal Working Hours as may be agreed in advance by Arjo and the Customer from time to time;
Maintenance Visit means the site visit to check the functionality of the products together with replacement of any required part(s)
Maintenance Visit means a visit made by the Contractor to any Facility during which the Contractor performs any applicable maintenance procedure specified in Appendix A, “Maintenance Procedures”, attached hereto.

More Definitions of Maintenance Visit

Maintenance Visit means a scheduled visit made by the Contractor to the Facility during which the Contractor performs any Work.
Maintenance Visit means the Engineer will attend site within normal working hours, on an annual or six-monthly basis to check and test the system to the applicable standard and whilst Watchman Alarms (Scotland) Ltd endeavour to contact the customer to organise the annual visit or visits it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to contact Watchman Alarms (Scotland) Ltd and make the necessary arrangements.

  • Maintenance Outage means an outage of a facility, on either a planned or unplanned basis, in order to perform maintenance in order to return the facility to service.
