Maintenance Cap Ex definition

Maintenance Cap Ex means Parent’s and its Subsidiaries’ annual (or quarterly, if applicable) average estimated capital expenditures required to maintain, over the long-term, the operating capacity of their capital assets based on estimates developed by management upon a five-year planning horizon and publicly communicated by management from time to time.
Maintenance Cap Ex means Borrower’s and its Subsidiaries’ annual (or quarterly, if applicable) average estimated capital expenditures required to maintain, over the long-term, the operating capacity of their capital assets based on estimates developed by management upon a five-year planning horizon and publicly communicated by management from time to time.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditure means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the construction of new capital assets or the replacement, improvement or expansion of existing capital assets) by a Group Member made to maintain, over the long term, the operating capacity or operating income of the Partnership Group. For purposes of this definition, “long term” generally refers to a period of not less than twelve months.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditures means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the addition or improvement to the capital assets owned by any Group Member or for the acquisition of existing, or the construction of new, capital assets) if such expenditures are made to maintain, including over the long term, the operating capacity or revenues of the Partnership Group.
