Maintenance Assessment definition

Maintenance Assessment means an assessment of maintenance made under this Act and, except in prescribed circumstances, includes an interim main- tenance assessment;
Maintenance Assessment means any assessment imposed in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 herein.

More Definitions of Maintenance Assessment

Maintenance Assessment means an annual special assessment imposed against real property located within the MSBU to fund the Maintenance Cost of the Beach Renourishment Project and related expenses, including the REC Maintenance Charge and the NBZ Maintenance Charge and computed in the manner described in Section 5.03 hereof.
Maintenance Assessment or "Maintenance Charge" shall mean and refer to the total costs of maintaining and operating Wilderness Park of Crosslake and the Association, including real estate taxes, insurance, and a reasonable allowance for contingencies and reserves (but excluding utility assessments which amount shall be allocated among stockholders in accordance with these Bylaws.
Maintenance Assessment shall have the same meaning as is set forth in the Master Declaration.
Maintenance Assessment. Means the annual fee each Member is required to pay to the Club Manager to cover the Annual Expenses of the Club. The Maintenance Assessment may include (a) a fixed portion based on the cost of maintaining, operating and servicing the Common Areas, including reserves for future replacements and general charges assessed to Members, and (b) a variable portion based on the Membership type and/or number of Club Points owned by each Member.
