Maintenance Agent definition

Maintenance Agent means Jasmine Commotrade Private Limited being the lead First Phase Owner or such other person or agency or association as may be formed or appointed by the Maintenance Agent for providing maintenance services in the Building Complex.
Maintenance Agent means a Competent Person who performs Maintenance, repairs and/or Upgrades of the electrical equipment, apparatus, or device on behalf of the Control Authority(s) or owner;
Maintenance Agent means an employee or designee of a Lender designated by the Lender for purposes of maintaining the condition of real property.

  • The Purchaser shall pay the electricity bills according to sub- meter readings together with other charges within 7 (seven) days of receipt of such Electricity Bill from the Maintenance Agent.

  • It shall be duty of the Purchaser to collect all maintenance and electricity bills (if electricity is supplied by the Maintenance Agent / Association) from the office of the Maintenance Agent /Association in the Building Complex during normal working hours and pays the same.
