Mains Farm Education Contribution Payment Date means the date on which the relevant instalment of part of the Mains Farm Education Contribution is due as per Clause THREE (ii) (a)-(f);

Delayed contribution payment means an amount paid by an employee for purchase of current service. The amount shall be determined using the same formula in KRS 61.5525, and the payment shall not be picked up by the employer. A delayed contribution payment shall be deposited to the member's account and considered as accumulated contributions of the individual member. In determining payments under this subsection, the formula found in this subsection shall prevail over the one found in KRS 212.434;
Distribution Payment Date has the meaning set forth in paragraph 2(b) of Annex I.
Continuing education unit means ten (10) contact hours of board approved continuing pharmacy education. A "contact hour" means fifty (50) continuous minutes without a break period;
Capitation Payment means monthly prepayment to a PHP for health services the PHP provides to members.
Annual Company Contribution Amount means, for any one Plan Year, the amount determined in accordance with Section 3.5.
Deferred Sales Charge Payment Date means December 10, 2016 and the tenth day of each month thereafter through April 10, 2017.
Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.
Company Contribution Amount means, for any one Plan Year, the amount determined in accordance with Section 3.5.
Termination Payment Date means the earlier of the first Distribution Date following the liquidation or sale of the Receivables as a result of an Insolvency Event and the occurrence of the Scheduled Series 1995-1 Termination Date.
Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.
Cost contribution means the contribution to the cost of infrastructure and administrative costs.
Note Payment Date means any date on which principal of or interest on any Note is payable.
Compensation Payment means a payment, whether in monetary form or in the form of a benefit or service, by or on behalf of an insurer to a complainant to compensate the complainant for a proven or estimated financial loss incurred as a result of the insurer’s contravention, non-compliance, action, failure to act, or unfair treatment forming the basis of the complaint, where the insurer accepts liability for having caused the loss concerned, but excludes any –
Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates means the dates specified for deferred sales fee installments under "Investment Summary--Fees and Expenses" in the Prospectus for the Trust.
Loan Payment Date The ninth (9th) day of each calendar month (or if such date is not a Business Day (as such term is defined the Loan Agreement), the immediately preceding Business Day).
Series A Distribution Payment Date means the 15th day of March, June, September and December of each year, commencing on March 15, 2017; provided, however, that if any Series A Distribution Payment Date would otherwise occur on a day that is not a Business Day, such Series A Distribution Payment Date shall instead be on the immediately succeeding Business Day.
Premium Contribution means the minimum percentage of premium which Your Employer must pay for Your coverage.

The Holders’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are several in proportion to the respective principal amount of the Registrable Securities held by each Holder hereunder and not joint. The Company’s and Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.
