Main Line Extension definition

Main Line Extension means a sewer line, including pump stations with their associated force mains, which extends from the Developer’s property to the nearest available District sewer line with the capacity, as determined by the District, to handle the sewage flow which will be generated by the proposed development.
Main Line Extension means a public sanitary sewer line, including lift stations with appurtenances, that is constructed by a developer within a public right-of-way or within a public sewer easement granted to the District.
Main Line Extension means any extension of the Main Line subsequent to the Effective Date, whether constructed by the City or by any tenant in the Conduit System, including Lessee.

More Definitions of Main Line Extension

Main Line Extension means a developer funded project to extend a public sewer line, including lift stations with appurtenances and any oversizing required by the District, from the property being developed to the nearest available District wastewater collection line with capacity.

Related to Main Line Extension

  • Line Extension means the provision of facilities (including, but not limited to, poles, fixtures, wires, and appurtenances) necessary for delivering electrical energy from the point of origin to one or more of the customer's points of delivery. Facilities provided by the Company to maintain, protect, upgrade, or improve its overall distribution system (even if necessary due to a customer's load addition) are not considered part of a line extension.

In consideration for granting an extension, Purchaser shall pay the Government for Purchaser’s failure to cut and remove timber meeting Utilization Standards prior to Contract Term Extension, an amount that shall be the total of the costs to the Government resulting from the delay in harvest of Included Timber. Such costs will be determined by Forest Service and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Second Extension Period means the period commencing on the day following the First Extended Scheduled Maturity Date and ending on the Second Extended Scheduled Maturity Date.
