Main Events definition

Main Events means an event that occurs over a Friday, Saturday and Sunday period that lasts no more than 60 consecutive hours.

Examples of Main Events in a sentence

  • In 2014, it will be conducted, inter alia, an Operational Level Training Session as well as Strategic Level Training Session, Amani Africa II Cycle, Main Events Timeframe (TBC) as at 10/04/2013.

  • Decide if your practice will do 5 In-House sessions and 5 Clinical TARGET Main Events; or other option.

Related to Main Events

  • Flip-in Event means a transaction in or pursuant to which any Person becomes an Acquiring Person;

  • Termination Events means each of the events specified in Clause 10.3 of this Contract.

  • Knock-in Event means, subject to the Adjustment Provisions, an event that occurs if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, the Index Level of the Index on the Valuation Date is strictly less than the Knock-In Barrier.

  • Triggering Events means Triggering Event I, Triggering Event II and Triggering Event III, collectively.

  • Severe Disruption Event means any event specified as such in the Final Terms.
