Main Buildings definition

Main Buildings means Buildings A, B, C, D, E, or F.
Main Buildings are the following buildings on the Property, each of which is shown on Exhibit B: (1) the six-story central office tower (the “Central Tower”), (2) the two-story atrium building (the “Atrium Building”), (3) the two-story annex (the “Annex”) and (4) solely for purposes of Article IX, the two (2) three-story parking garages.

Examples of Main Buildings in a sentence

  • Main Buildings: “Daylight Plane” is intended to provide for light and air, and to limit the impacts of bulk and mass on adjacent properties.

  • If on one Lot there are two or more Main Buildings other than Dwellings, except temporary Dwellings, the yard requirements of this Article shall apply at each actual Lot line and not as if each Building were on a separate Lot.

  • If on one Lot there are two or more Dwellings (other than a temporary Dwelling) designed for occupancy or occupied by one or more Families, or if on one Lot there are one or more such Dwellings and one or more other Main Buildings, such Dwellings shall be separated from each other and from such other Buildings by yards of the same minimum depths as if each Dwelling were on a separate Lot.

  • If on one Lot there are two or more Main Buildings other than Dwellings, including temporary Dwellings, the yard requirements of this Article shall apply at each actual Lot line and not as if each Building were on a separate Lot.

  • Subdivision of Lot with Two Main BuildingsThe Development Officer may approve a final plan of subdivision with equal or fewer Lots than there are Main Buildings, and a remainder Lot, if any, where an area of land contains more than one Main Building existing prior to January 1, 2001, for which no approval was requested, provided that each Lot has a minimum Lot frontage of twenty (20) feet.

  • Main Buildings Shall have a side Setback of five feet from the Property line for a Corner Lotand ten feet from the Property line for a Reversed Corner Lot.

  • Main Buildings Shall have a side Setback of five feet from the Property line for a CornerLot, and ten feet from the Property line for a Reversed Corner Lot.

Related to Main Buildings

  • Main building means a building in which is conducted the main or principal use of the parcel on which it is erected;

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions). These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).

  • Heritage Building means a Building designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, which has been identified as a significant heritage resource in a conservation district plan and any Building listed in the Markham Register of Property of Cultural Heritage Value of Interest;

  • farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;

  • Vacant building means a building that has been vacant and

  • Industrial building means a building used for or in connection with,

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Qualified buildings means construction of new structures,

  • existing industrial building means a building used for or in connection with,

  • Existing Building means a building that (a) was in existence and completely constructed on the date that the Applicant first submitted its Application, or (b) in respect of which the IESO has, in its sole and absolute discretion, issued a written confirmation that the building will be deemed an Existing Building for the purposes of the definition of Rooftop Facility.

  • Commercial building means any building other than a residential building,

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Modular building means, but shall not be limited to, single and multifamily houses, apartment

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Buildings means any and all buildings, structures, garages, utility sheds, workrooms, air conditioning towers, open parking areas and other improvements, and any and all additions, alterations, betterments or appurtenances thereto, now or at any time hereafter situated, placed or constructed upon the Land or any part thereof.

  • Height of building means height measured from the abutting road and in case of undulated terrain height can be considered as average of the corresponding ground level. The parapet wall, staircase head room, lift room, water tank are excluded from the height of the building.

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

  • Accessory Building means a detached building or structure, not used for human habitation that is subordinate to the primary use of the same property.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Conversion building means a building that at any time before creation of the common interest community was occupied wholly or partially by persons other than purchasers and persons who occupy with the consent of purchasers.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.
