Maiden Re definition

Maiden Re has the meaning set forth in the Preamble. "Master Agreement" has the meaning set forth in the Recitals. "Material Difference" has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(e}. "NAIC" means the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. "Order" means any order, wril, judgmenl, injunction, decree, stipulation, detennination or award entered by or with any Governmental Authority. "Original Cedenls" has the meaning set forth in the Recitals. "Other Commuted Covered Losses" has the meaning set forth in the ADC Agreement.
