The parties hereby direct and acknowledge that unless funds are required by applicable law to be deposited into a MAHT or CRESPA Account, all funds received in this transaction shall be deposited into the COUNSELORS TITLE, LLC Trust Account at Bank of Georgetown.
Grantee shall provide MAHT with quarterly progress reports based on the calendar year beginning from the date of this Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit G, which contains information about work accomplished and problems encountered, expenditures made against the operating budget, and a projection of revenues required for the next quarter, including a disbursement request, if applicable.
After the effective date of this Agreement as defined in Section 24, and upon the satisfaction of any special conditions to the disbursement of MAHT Grant funds contained in Exhibit A, MAHT will disburse MAHT Grant funds to the Grantee upon MAHT's approval of a properly completed request for payment form signed by two authorized representatives of the Grantee.

If, upon completion of the Project, there are cost savings and/or undisbursed funds, such amounts shall revert to MAHT unless MAHT has determined, in its sole discretion, that the Grantee may retain a portion of the savings.
All costs incurred by the Grantee before approval of the award of funds by the MAHT board of trustees are incurred voluntarily, at the Grantee’s risk and upon its own credit and expense, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s authority to be reimbursed from the MAHT Grant funds shall be governed by the provisions of this Agreement.
Unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 10 of this Agreement or by the mutual consent of Grantee and MAHT, this Agreement shall remain in effect until ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Project has been completed, the final amounts of the MAHT Grant have been disbursed, all reports and records due by the Grantee to MAHT have been submitted and approved by ▇▇▇▇ and there has been a final settlement between MAHT and Grantee of all issues arising out of the MAHT Grant.
Grantee shall make these records, administrative offices and personnel, whether full-time, part-time consultants or volunteers, available to MAHT upon request.
During the term of this Agreement, as defined in Section 25, MAHT will monitor the Project to ensure that it is being undertaken in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
In the event that Grantee is proposing an extension of the Project completion date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s chief administrative officer shall submit a written request to MAHT at least 60 days before the end of the Grant Period.
