Mahindra Waiver means that certain Waiver of Certain Provisions to Joint Venture Agreement to be entered into by and among Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Navistar Inc. (f/k/a International Truck and Engine Corporation), Mahindra Navistar Automotives Limited (f/k/a Mahindra International Private Limited), International Truck and Engine Mauritius Holding Ltd. and International Truck and Engine Corporation Cayman Islands Holding Company substantially in the form agreed to by the Parties.
