Made Goods definition

Made Goods or “we”) to the customer (“Buyer” or “you”). All other terms and conditions, including, without limitation, those terms and conditions contained in any purchase order(s) which are different from, in addition to, conflict with, or that vary the terms hereof are hereby rejected and shall not be binding on Made Goods unless specifically accepted in writing. Acceptance of Buyer’s order is conditioned upon Buyer’s acceptance of the terms contained herein.

  • Made Goods makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing and product information, but in the event of an inaccuracy, Made Goods shall have the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price or containing other incorrect information.

  • An Order for Custom Made Goods are subject to the following additional terms: 6.9.1. The Customer is required to submit detailed design specification, drawings and other relevant documentations to Isenring at the time a request is made for the purchase of Custom Made Goods (“Request”).

Related to Made Goods

  • The Goods means all of the supplies, equipment, machinery, spare parts, other materials and/or general support services which the Supplier is required to provide to the Procuring Entity under the Contract.

  • White Goods means refrigerators, stoves and ranges, water heaters, clothes washers and dryers, freezers, swing sets, bicycles (without tires) scrap metal, copper, and other similar domestic and commercial large appliances.

  • Hire Goods means any Goods which are hired to the Customer;

  • second-hand goods means movable tangible property that is suitable for further use as it is or after repair, other than works of art, collectors' items or antiques and other than precious metals or precious stones as defined by the Member States;

  • Merchandise means any personal property offered or sold for use in connection with the funeral, final disposition, memorialization, or interment of human remains, but which is exclusive of interment rights.
