Macy’s Solar Project means the solar energy project with an aggregate nameplate capacity of 3 MW consisting of seven sites in Northern California that is owned by the Macy’s Solar Project Owner.

Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.
