MacroShares means, as the context requires, either or both of the Up MacroShares and/or the Down MacroShares, as applicable.
MacroShares means the Up MacroShares together with the Down MacroShares.
MacroShares means (i) the Up MacroShares and (ii) the Down MacroShares.
