MacKay Group definition

MacKay Group means MacKay Xxxxxxx, LLC and any fund that is controlled by the foregoing and, as applicable, their respective partners, members, subsidiaries and affiliates (including without limitation, any other entities controlled by or under common control with such entities), where the assets of each such partner, member, subsidiary or affiliate primarily consist of Company Voting Securities and/or debt of the Company or POAMI.

  • Minority group member means a United States citizen or permanent resident alien who is and can demonstrate membership in one of the following groups:

  • Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Minority Owned Business Enterprise or "MBE" means a firm awarded certification as a minority owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a minority owned and controlled business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Member means a member of the Board;

  • Women Owned Business Enterprise or "WBE" means a firm awarded certification as a women owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a women owned business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.
