MAC Cost definition

MAC Cost means the maximum ingredient unit cost, not to exceed the California Medicaid MAC or Federal Upper Limit (FUL) as established by Contractor for a multisource drug included on Contractor’s MAC drug list.
MAC Cost means the maximum ingredient unit cost established by RAMSELL and County for a multisource drug included on RAMSELL’s MAC drug list.

  • You will be required to pay a portion of the Maximum Allowed Cost (MAC) Cost to the extent you have not met your Deductible nor have a Copayment or Coinsurance.
