M-PESA Agent or “Agent(s)” means person(s) registered by M-PESA Limited to provide M-PESA Services, details of which may be obtained from M-PESA Limited’s Head Office;

Related to M-PESA Agent

  • Athlete agent means an individual who enters into an agency contract with a student-athlete or, directly or indirectly, recruits or solicits a student-athlete to enter into an agency contract. The term includes an individual who represents to the public that the individual is an athlete agent. The term does not include a spouse, parent, sibling, grandparent, or guardian of the student-athlete or an individual acting solely on behalf of a professional sports team or professional sports organization;

  • Administrative Agent-Related Persons means the Administrative Agent, together with its Affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and attorneys-in-fact of such Persons and their respective Affiliates.

  • Second Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

  • the Agent means the estate agency described at paragraph 5 of the Schedule;

  • Designated Agent means any entity that performs actions or functions on behalf of the Transmission Provider, a Transmission Owner, an Eligible Customer, or the Transmission Customer required under the Tariff.
