LZL definition
LZL means Lucky Zone Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

Alternate Consideration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(e).
CP1 means the applicable Conversion Price in effect immediately prior to such issue of Additional Shares of Common Stock;
Shortfall means the ACP emissions minus the ACP limit when the ACP emissions were greater than the ACP limit during a specified compliance period, expressed to the nearest pound of VOC. Shortfall does not include emissions occurring prior to the date that the ACP agreement approving an ACP is signed by the board.
Enterprise Alternate Contract Source means a contract authorized pursuant to section 287.042(16), F.S., or approved pursuant to section 287.057(3)(b), F.S., for statewide use.
EP1 means the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such issue of Additional Shares of Common Stock;
