In the event of the publication of any notice pursuant to Section 5.11, 6.10(a), 6.11, 8.02, 10.04, 12.02 or 12.05, the party making such publication in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York and London shall also, to the extent that notice is required to be given to Holders of Securities of any series by applicable Luxembourg law or stock exchange regulation, as evidenced by an Officer's Certificate delivered to such party, make a similar publication in Luxembourg.

Luxembourg Publications. In the event of the publication of any notice pursuant to this Agreement, the party making such publication in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York, and London shall also, to the extent that notice is required to be given to Holders of Units of any series or Securities constituting such Units by applicable Luxembourg law or stock exchange regulation, as evidenced by an Officer's Certificate delivered to such party, make a similar publication in Luxembourg.
