Luxembourg Guarantor definition

Luxembourg Guarantor means any Guarantor incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Luxembourg Guarantor has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.08.
Luxembourg Guarantor means a Guarantor incorporated in Luxembourg; and Luxembourg Obligor means an Obligor incorporated in Luxembourg.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the limitation on the Guarantee provided by such Luxembourg Guarantor shall not apply to any Guarantee by it of any obligations owed by its Subsidiaries under the Other Guaranteed Facilities.
