Luvata Audit Procedures definition

Luvata Audit Procedures means that for each entity there is as part of the preparation of Luvata group consolidated financial statements (i) an audit or an review, or (ii) no work, depending on the scale of operations, as specified for each entity under index number 03.01.01.01 of the Data Room;

  • customs procedures means the treatment applied by the customs administration of each Party to goods which are subject to customs control.

  • AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.

  • Auction Procedures means the auction procedures constituting Part II of the form of Statement as of the filing thereof.

  • Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Reconciliation Procedures means those procedures set forth in Section 7.09 of this Agreement.

  • MERS Procedures Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
