  • Any member of the Lumentum Group may grant sublicenses to its distributors, resellers, customers, systems integrators and other channels of distribution and to its end user customers solely with respect to Lumentum Licensed Products and solely within the scope of the licenses set forth in Section 3.1 above; provided, however, that any such sublicense by a member of the Lumentum Group shall only be effective for such times that such sublicensing entity remains a member of the Lumentum Group.
