LTI Plan definition
LTI Plan means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Information Services Corporation 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan, as such plan shall be in effect and amended and/or superseded from time to time.
LTI Plan means the CenterPoint Energy, Inc. 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan or any successor plan or program thereto.
LTI Plan means the Corporation’s long-term incentive plan governing the issuance of Options as amended from time to time;

The terms of the LTI Plan are set out in Exhibit B hereto, which is incorporated herein for all purposes.
The Company reserves the right to terminate the LTI Plan in its sole discretion in accordance with the terms of the LTI Plan, and the terms and conditions of the Plan are subject to change from year to year.
The Initial Formation Award will have such terms and conditions as set forth in the applicable award agreement issued pursuant to the LTI Plan.
Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Award Agreement have the same meanings as in the Equity LTI Plan.
The Equity LTI Plan and all Award Agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of (other than laws governing conflicts of laws) the State of Ohio.
More Definitions of LTI Plan
LTI Plan means the Company’s Long Term Incentive Program, or any successor long-term cash incentive plan, as amended from time to time, which is a component of the Company’s 2007 Cash Incentive Plan, as amended.
LTI Plan means the Magellan Midstream Partners Long-Term Incentive Plan as it may be amended and restated.
