LSSA definition

LSSA means the Law Society of South Australia and its officers, employees and agents;
LSSA means a local social services authority in England;
LSSA means the Legal Software Suppliers Association.

  • You may terminate the licence to use the Documents at any time and without cause by giving LSSA written notice of termination.

  • Some Documents may be provided Amendment of Document and of these Terms: LSSA may change or remove any of the Documents and any of these terms and conditions from time to time.

  • If termination occurs, this shall not limit any liability to pay any fees to LSSA which are due at the time of termination.

  • If you breach any of these terms and conditions, then (without limiting LSSA’s other remedies) LSSA may immediately suspend your access to the Documents.

  • In no event will LSSA be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of the Documents, whether based on contract, tort, statute, common law, equity or any other legal theory and whether or not LSSA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Copyright: LSSA owns and retains the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Documents.

  • If you fail to remedy a breach of these terms and conditions within 14 days after LSSA notifies you of the breach, then LSSA may terminate this agreement.
