If you breach any of these terms and conditions, then (without limiting LSSA’s other remedies) LSSA may immediately suspend your access to the Documents.
In no event will LSSA be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of the Documents, whether based on contract, tort, statute, common law, equity or any other legal theory and whether or not LSSA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you fail to remedy a breach of these terms and conditions within 14 days after LSSA notifies you of the breach, then LSSA may terminate this agreement.
