LSB Business Marks definition

LSB Business Marks means any Trademarks containing or comprising, the terms “LSB”, “LSB Industries” or “LSB Industries, Inc.” and any “LSB”, “LSB Industries” or “LSB Industries, Inc.” logo, symbol, graphic or similar design mark used or held for use (whether alone or in combination with other terms) in connection with the Business.
LSB Business Marks means any Trademarks containing or comprising, the terms “LSB”, “LSB Industries” or “LSB Industries, Inc.” and any “LSB”, “LSB Industries” or “LSB Industries, Inc.” logo, symbol, graphic or similar design xxxx used or held for use (whether alone or in combination with other terms) in connection with the Business.

  • The parties expressly agree that the Purchaser is not purchasing, acquiring or otherwise obtaining any right, title or interest in the LSB Business Marks.
