LPR Data definition

LPR Data means License Plate Recognition data including: 1) Detection data generated by License Plate Recognition Systems; 2) Hot-List records, or target vehicle list(s); 3) Hit matches between Hot-List and Detection records; 4) Other data that may be considered pertinent and/or in conjunction with Detection, Hot-List, and/or Hit data. "Confidential Information" Refers to all data, information, user interfaces, business strategies, business processes, software technology, software processes, user or customer lists, and calculations of LEARN. "LEARN-NVLS Program" refers to the available software, support, and services provided by LEARN-NVLS to those users who have entered into this Agreement with LEARN-NVLS.
LPR Data means scan files, alert data, and any other documents or other data generated by or through utilization of the LPR system.

Examples of LPR Data in a sentence

  • Customer retains all rights to LPR Data generated by the Customer.

  • Should Customer terminate agreement with Vigilant, a copy of all LPR Data generated by the Customer will be created and provided to the Customer.

  • LPR Data that reaches its expiration date will be deleted from LEARN.

  • Vigilant retains all title and rights to Commercial LPR Data and all Commercial Booking Images.

  • After the copy is created, all LEA LPR Data and LEA Booking Images generated by the Affiliate will be deleted from LEARN at the written request of an authorized representative of the Affiliate or per the Affiliate’s designated retention policy, whichever occurs first.

  • LEA LPR Data and LEA Booking Images are governed by the contributing LEA’s retention policy.

  • Users shall not utilize Commercial LPR Data or Commercial Booking Images on the behalf of other local, state or Federal LEAs. Affiliate retains all rights to LEA LPR Data and LEA Booking Images generated by the Affiliate.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.
