LOTL Lender definition
LOTL Lender means, subject to Section 10.28, each Lender that has an LOTL Commitment or that is the holder of an LOTL Loan.

On the LOTL Satisfaction Date, each LOTL Lender shall be released from its obligations under this Agreement and shall no longer constitute a Lender hereunder or a party hereto; provided, however, such former LOTL Lender shall continue to be entitled to the benefits of Sections 3.01, 3.04, 3.05, 10.04 and 10.05 with respect to facts and circumstances occurring prior to the LOTL Satisfaction Date.
