Lot rental means all sums paid or to be paid by the mobile home owner to Owner in consideration of leasing or renting a mobile home lot or lots in the Park. Such sums include any and all rents, special use fees, pass- through charges, installation and set-up charges, and other fees, charges and assessments imposed by the owner.
