Loss Recovery Amount definition

Loss Recovery Amount means, with respect to each Limited Partner, an amount equal to (i) the sum of the absolute value of any negative Performance Amounts accrued following the last Incentive Allocation Period for which the General Partner received an Incentive Allocation (if any, or if none, the Initial Closing Date), reduced (but not below €0) by (ii) the sum of any positive Performance Amounts following the last Incentive Allocation Period for which the General Partner received an Incentive Allocation (if any) with respect to such Limited Partner; provided that a Limited Partner’s Loss Recovery Amount shall be reduced on a pro rata basis to take into account any partial redemptions by such Limited Partner.
Loss Recovery Amount means any positive balance in a Loss Recovery Account.
Loss Recovery Amount means, with respect to the Units of each Limited Partner, the cumulative absolute value of any negative Performance Amount accrued with respect to such Units, which shall be carried forward to subsequent Incentive Allocation Periods, reduced by any subsequent positive Performance Amounts and adjusted as necessary for any partial redemptions by such Limited Partner during any such Incentive Allocation Period. If a Limited Partner has more than one Commitment, a separate Loss Recovery Amount shall be calculated with respect to the aggregate Units issued in respect of its Capital Contributions with respect to each Commitment.

More Definitions of Loss Recovery Amount

Loss Recovery Amount for the Account shall mean, the amount, if any, of Aggregate Net Capital Depreciation for the applicable Loss Recovery Period, if any, adjusted to reflect any withdrawals from the Account.
Loss Recovery Amount for any period means a payment received by the Lenders of the principal amount of a Secured Loan to such Investee or capital invested in an Equity Investment made in such Investee which, in either case, has been previously accounted for in the calculation of Project Profit for any period as a Loss Amount.
