Examples of Lonza Indemnitee in a sentence

  • If a Lonza Indemnitee or Customer Indemnitee (the “Indemnitee”) intends to claim indemnification under this clause 7, it shall promptly notify the other party (the “Indemnitor”) in writing of such alleged liability.
