Long-Term Infrastructure Condition definition

Long-Term Infrastructure Condition has the meaning set out in Section 7.1(1)(a).

Related to Long-Term Infrastructure Condition

Continuous emission monitoring system or "CEMS" means the equipment required under section 11 of this rule to sample, analyze, measure, and provide, by means of readings recorded at least once every fifteen (15) minutes, using an automated data acquisition and handling system (DAHS), a permanent record of nitrogen oxides emissions, stack gas volumetric flow rate, stack gas moisture content, and oxygen or carbon dioxide concentration, as applicable, in a manner consistent with 40 CFR 75*. The following systems are the principal types of continuous emission monitoring systems required under section 11 of this rule:
IT Infrastructure means software and all computers and related equipment, including, as applicable, central processing units and other processors, controllers, modems, servers, communications and telecommunications equipment and other hardware and peripherals.
Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and
Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port. Company to obtain prior Ministerial in-principle approval
Infrastructure facility means any publicly or privately owned facility providing or distributing services for the benefit of the public, such as water, sewage, energy, fuel or communications.
Continuous parameter monitoring system or “CPMS” means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this chapter, to monitor the process device operational parameters and the control device operational parameters (e.g., control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (e.g., gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record the average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.
Infrastructure costs means such costs as are reasonably incurred for the acquisition and construction of infrastructure.
Critical infrastructure means existing and proposed systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, the incapacity or destruction of which would negatively affect security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.++
Credit Risk Retention Compliance Agreement As defined in Section 3.31(a).
Critical access hospital or “CAH” means a hospital licensed as a critical access hospital by the department of inspections and appeals pursuant to rule 481—51.52(135B).
Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:
Public infrastructure means publicly owned physical infrastructure in this state, including, but not limited to, wastewater collection and treatment systems, drinking water systems, storm sewers, utility extensions, telecommunications infrastructure, streets, roads, bridges, parking ramps, facilities that support basic science technology and clinical research, and research infrastructure;
public service infrastructure means publicly controlled infrastructure of the following kinds:
Infrastructure project means the design, construction, development and operation of new infrastructure facilities or the rehabilitation, modernization, expansion or operation of existing infrastructure facilities;
Continuous emissions monitoring system or "CEMS" means all of the equipment that may be required to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this article, to sample, condition (if applicable), analyze, and provide a record of emissions on a continuous basis.
Earned value management system means an earned value management system that complies with the earned value management system guidelines in the ANSI/EIA-748.
Qualifying Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs means either (i) standard gas or electric EEMs (i.e., measures found on any of the Standard Initiative applications: Lighting, VFD, HVAC, Specialty Equipment, Steam Trap, and Leak Survey and Repair); or (ii) measures eligible under the Custom Initiative approved by Ameren Illinois; or (iii) measures found in the Streetlighting or Retro-commissioning Initiative as identified in official program materials found on the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency website. Technologies that purport to save energy through reduction of voltage, demand, or power conditioning are not Qualifying EEMs. EEMs that displace electrical energy use or natural gas to another fuel (i.e., fuel switching proposals) are not Qualifying EEMs. Other than geothermal projects, renewable energy projects (solar, wind power, etc.) are also not eligible for incentives under this program. Unless explicitly pre-approved, EEMs must be new and covered by warranties. Natural Gas (gas) incentives do not include propane or butane measures.
Vertical infrastructure means land acquisition and construction, major renovation and major repair of buildings, all appurtenant structures, utilities, site development and recreation trails. Vertical infrastructure does not include equipment; routine, recurring maintenance or operational expenses; or leasing of a building, appurtenant structure, or utility without a lease-purchase agreement.
Performance Monitoring System has the meaning ascribed to it in Part B of the Network Code;
Continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS) means all of the equipment that may be required to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this section, to sample, condition (if applicable), analyze, and provide a record of emissions on a continuous basis.
Infrastructure means the equipment used to enable the use of electric powered vehicles (e.g., electric vehicle charging station).
Continuous monitoring system means the total equipment used to sample and condition (if applicable), to analyze, and to provide a permanent continuous record of emissions or process parameters.
Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause.
Lateral Access Roads has the meaning given in subclause (3)(a)(iv);
Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).
Water Infrastructure Charge means such a charge as is described in section 146(2)(a) of the Water Industry Act 1991;
